These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DECIDR mobile application ("DECIDR", "the app"), developed and operated by Jazmia ("the Developer", "we", "our", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using DECIDR, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
DECIDR is a decision-making app offering games such as Coin Flip, Shuffle, Wheel, and 8-Ball to help you make everyday choices. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use DECIDR on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
DECIDR is provided for personal and entertainment purposes. Its outcomes are generated randomly or for fun and are not advice of any kind. DECIDR does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for the judgement of a qualified professional. Any decision you make remains entirely your own responsibility.
DECIDR is not directed at children under the age of 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
You can use DECIDR's core features without creating an account. You may optionally create an account to sync your decision history across devices. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. You can permanently delete your account and its associated data at any time from within the app, on the Profile screen.
DECIDR offers a free tier of three decisions per week. To unlock unlimited decisions, you may purchase a DECIDR Premium auto-renewable subscription:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Purchases and any refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service; we are unable to process refunds directly.
You agree not to misuse DECIDR, including by attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, or interfere with the app or its underlying systems, or by using it in any unlawful way or in violation of these Terms.
DECIDR, including its name, design, content, and software, is owned by the Developer and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the app.
Your use of DECIDR is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we protect it. By using the app you consent to the data practices described there.
DECIDR is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from decisions made using the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These Terms are between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for DECIDR or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for DECIDR. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to DECIDR if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from within the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the app. The effective date above indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
